I moved to South Devon in August 2018. This lifestyle change was to give my two boys, opportunities to sail, swim, row, kayak, climb and hike that were provided by being in this amazing area; near the sea, beautiful rivers and Dartmoor.
After 20 years as an NHS nurse, being promoted to senior roles in both the Emergency Department and community settings, I decided to follow my other passion and focus on property. I have always loved property and finding potential in unusual buildings. My sister jokes that I have been looking in estate agents windows since I was seven years old!
Inspired by some of the beautiful buildings we found nearby, we formed Pebble Properties and began property developing in the area. Once I discovered Supported Living as property investment strategy I was hooked. It feels natural to combine my nursing experience and ethics with my passion for property. I love the fact we can use our business to create homes for vulnerable people and provide a great return for our investors.
